  7. DOWNLOADING, COPYING AND USE OF THE DEMO ARE SUBJECT TO THE
  8. FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS. PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE
  9. CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, COPYING OR USING THE DEMO. BY
  10. USING THE DEMO, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF
  11. THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE,

  20. patent and other proprietary rights in the Demo. LEC hereby
  21. gives you permission to make copies of the Demo (only in its
  22. original form as provided by LEC) to give to other persons and
  23. to distribute the Demo to others electronically, provided that
  24. in all such cases you may not charge or receive money or other
  25. consideration from any person or entity for the receipt or use
  26. of the Demo OR ANY DISC OR MATERIALS CONTAINING THE DEMO. You
  27. may not: 
  28. (1) modify or prepare derivative works of the Demo; 
  29. (2) engage in network multi-player play of the Software over 
  30.     unauthorized networks; or 
  31. (3) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

  34. your sole risk. The Demo and any related documentation or mater-
  35. ials are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. LEC
  36. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUD-
  37. ING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABIL-
  38. ITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LEC
  39. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE DEMO WILL
  40. MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE DEMO WILL
  41. BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE DEMO WILL
  42. BE CORRECTED. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE
  43. OF THE DEMO IS ASSUMED BY YOU. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
  44. THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY

  53. WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND, TO THE EXTENT PER-
  54. MITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF LEC OR AN
  55. LEC AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBIL-
  56. ITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSS.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
  57. THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
  58. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY
